Exercise No. 3 Rubbing
Tilt your head slightly in the opposite direction and turn your chin to the massed side in order to feel the cervical muscle. Pads of 4 fingers perform light spiral grinding on the neck muscle. Repeat 20 times for each side.
Exercise No. 4 Kneading
Without changing the position, the shoulder is lowered and relaxed, the head is slightly tilted and the chin is turned to the massaged side, we grab it, on the one hand with the thumb and on the other with 4 fingers and lightly massaging the muscle, as if rubbing it, from top to bottom and vice versa. This exercise strengthens and tightens the muscles of the neck. Repeat 20 times for each side.
Exercise №5 Butterfly
We connect the handles to the lock, palms down, elbows are divorced to the sides. We put our hands under the chin, take a breath, hold our breath for 3-5 seconds and at this time we press the handles with force, creating resistance. Then we lower our elbows, throw our head back a little and press on our hands with force, also creating resistance. Helps strengthen and lengthen the neck, tightens the chin and oval of the face, improves posture. Repeat 10 times.
