Delivery and payment
Inarima-Cosme provides with 4 types of your order delivery: Express Mail EMS, Economic Mail SAL, Small Package SAL & Small Package AIR (for packages weighting less than 2 kg). We can also divide your order into some 2 kg parts and send them by Small Package SAL, if you wish. In some cases it saves the delivery cost.
You can also follow the delivery with Japan Mail site. The cost of delivery corresponds to the tariffs of Japan Mail.
In case the package is in the territory of the Receiver’s country, the responsibility for the receiving of the package in 14 days term is vested on the Receiver. If the Receiver doesn’t take the package in time and the package is sent back to the Sender, the cost of resending is paid by the Receiver.
There are also other but more expensive ways of delivery: Air Mail, Fedex, DHL, UPS. The delivery is counted automatically, depending on the weight. Max. weight of 1 package is 30 kg.
Express Mail EMS is the fastest and most reliable way of delivery from Japan. EMS (Express Mail Service) was established in 1990 by the World Mail Union. Since that time EMS provides express delivery to more than 190 countries of the world.
EMS packages costing less than 20 000 yens get automatic insurance. For every 20 000 yens more the insurance cost is 50 yens.
Note: Israel Mail cooperates with Customs Office when sending EMS. If the EMS Receiver gets the goods not subjecting to Customs duties and costing less than 1000 US dollars, will have to pay a 10 new shekels tariff (10 US dollars), Value Added Tax included. EMS doesn’t deliver packages to: The Christmas, Cocos (Keeling), Norfolk, Lord Howe Islands in Australia; Greenland, Faeroes in Denmark.
Air Mail - is an international surface mail service which provides with faster than ordinary mail but cheaper than air mail delivery. The delivery is provided within 10 – 28 days.
Air Small Package - provides with the registered letter delivery, including simplified delivery, if the package weighs less than 2 kg. The term of delivery is 2-4 weeks.
You can pay the order either by electronic payment system PayPal or by Visa/MasterCard/JCB/LiqPay credit cards - PrivatBank web interface.
Currencies for credit and debit cards are: USD, JPY, CHF, CZK, DKK, HKD, HUF, NOK, NZD, PLN, SEK, SGD. RUB and EUR payments are not supported. If you wish RUB or EUR payment, please, use PayPal payment (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro, debit cards, bank or PayPal accounts).
In case you pay by credit card, PayPal registration and account will take you only a few minutes, it will also ease making purchases on any site. Registration is free of charge. More information is on PayPal site.
Security of PayPal
Modern and powerful systems of your data code based on SSL technologies are used by PayPal. Besides, the receiver of the payment doesn’t get your bank card data.
What is LiqPay?
LiqPay - LiqPay is web-interface of PrivatBank with which the card holders of VISA / MasterCard from around the world can pay for goods / services on your site, as well as send money from card to card.
How to register in LiqPay?
You must go to the link www.liqpay.com:
1. write your mobile phone number.
2. fill the password from the SMS which you received.
3. fill in your personal information: Name address email Done, you could send money, accept the payments on your website, put an invoices on email. You need to add the card to your account. If the cards are already displayed in your account - select the main to receive payments.
USD, EUR, RUB, UAH currency exchange is done according to current bank rates.
