RETURNS OF GOODS OF MERCHANDISE


* Please note that the exchange and return of goods in our shop is carried out in full compliance with the current legislation in Japan, according to which household chemicals, personal care items, perfumes and cosmetics, home care and prevention and treatment products are not subject to return or exchange.


GENERAL RETURN POLICY


We will give you a refund if you cancel your order before the day of dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched, no refund will be given.

 If you paid for your order using Paypal, refunds can only be issued to the Paypal account from which the payment was made (less Paypal commission)

* If you paid via bank card, the refund will only be available to the bank card from which the payment was made (less Paypal fees).

* Refunds will be issued within 14 working days after confirmation of order cancellation.
