Normal skin

Oily skin

Which ingredients should not be included into the proper make-up remover?

Methylparaben is the preservative which is easily absorbed by the skin, accumulates and has a negative effect on the skin of the around eyes area. Having contacted with the air, it forms formaldehyde, carcinogen. Ordinarily 1-2 months of its usage are enough for allergy, skin dryness or dermatitis occurrence.

Quaternium 15 is the emulsifier, stabilizer and partially preservative. These substances may form dangerous membrane on the face skin. Allergic reaction usually occurs within a month.

Sodium Lauryl Sulfate is the surface active substance which gradually irritates the skin. In case of daily use, skin irritation and itch may occur in 2-3 days. If you have even washed the substance away, the skin remains unprotected, that’s why you should apply the means which regenerates water lipidic skin barrier.

How to remove make-up from the around eyes area

The rules of make-up removing are very important as you can injure your skin harder than any of preservatives. Pay special attention to the rules which will help you to keep your skin healthy and nice.

Rule #1
Use cotton pads for make-up removing. Apply some means on a pad , put it on an eyelid and delicately remove the make-up. Don’t rub the eyes or you’ll stretch the skin. Remove the make-up from the upper eyelid starting from the nose bridge to the temple, from the lower eyelid – starting from the temple to the nose bridge. The movements should be delicate and comfortable. Don’t stretch the skin. If the means dissolves the make-up slowly, put the pad on the eyelid and wait for 15 seconds.

Rule #2
Pay special attention to the eyelashes. Having artificial ones or using waterproof mascara, start make-up removing from the lower eyelid, move the cotton pad from the temple to the nose bridge. Remove the make-up from the upper eyelid with a cotton stick. Double a cotton pad, apply some means on it and put it under the lower eyelid, remove the make-up with a wet cotton stick.

Wash the means away, apply some lotion or cream.
